I love getting to see the new toys that come on the market. After a long, cold and treacherous Winter where we were cooped up inside and playing with the same toys for months on end, it's a good time to breathe new life into the ol' toy collection.
We had a chance to check out the new toys from World of Zhu with our friends. These adorable zippy little animals called The Happys are every kids dream! Long are the days of the ZhuZhu hamsters. Now, kids can enjoy interacting with puppies and kittens that chase balls, purr/yip and react to you!
Armed with 4 The Happys Pets and Chase Ball as well as a few bags of Werther's Original caramel popcorn, our playdate was a rockin' and rollin' success!
We paired the playdate with a pre-Easter Egg Hunt. So the kids bounced back and forth between finding candy-filled plastic eggs and seeing what fun tricks The Happys would do next!
The Momma's, on the other hand, gobbled handful after handful of the Wether's caramel popcorn because, people?
IT'S FAN-FREAKING-AMAZING.

Despite the somewhat complicated "uncaging" process (The Happys are tightly bound and secured in their packaging), they were up and running in no time. I really enjoyed watching my girls thrill to each little yip, with exclamations of, "He's snuggling me!" and "Look! She's chasing the ball!" It's really amazing how responsive The Happys pets are!
The Happys are definitely a toy to keep an eye out for. Be sure to add them to the Birthday/Holiday/Just Because gift list!
