Cinco de Mayo Recipe Inspirations

So, I live in a suburb of Philadelphia with a very rich Mexican culture.  We have, hands down, some of the best, most authentic Mexican food around.  So, you can imagine that the community here goes ALL OUT, ALL WEEKEND over Cinco de Mayo.


It's seriously a LOT of FUN.
