I hope this tutorial inspires you all to run out, buy some red peppers and get your ROAST ON. Because, seriously? Roasted Red Peppers are the bees knees. I make Roasted Red Pepper with Goat Cheese Sandwiches on a weekly, if not daily, basis. They are also my fave pizza topping and make a killer companion for asparagus.

Wow!! You did fab. I have roasted peppers before but not like you did. I kinda like you're way and can comfortably do it whenever. I used to have to light the grill and do them over the open flame and dip in ice water when they were black. I did store in Olive Oil... but I never used them up fast enough. I'll be trying this again, soon. Thanks!!!
