This one is near and dear to my heart, because it is my sister's baking business! My sister, Melissa, is an adventurous and amazing person. Aside from being a Capitol Police officer in Washington DC and having a SERIOUSLY awesome singing voice (she has performed the National Anthem for MLB baseball games before!), she is a skillful baker. Thus, Lissabee Confections was born!
Lissabee Confections specializes in sweet treats. Cannolis, cookies, brownies, quick breads, cakes and cupcakes. Folks, her cupcakes are to DIE FOR. This past Mother's Day, she created gift baskets for shipping anywhere in the US! Her baskets included homemade brownies, cookies and pumpkin bread (she has yet to figure out how to ship her amazing cupcakes).
