Hey friends!
In lieu of a Simple Supper recipe this week, I am in SEARCH of a recipe! And...I'm looking for YOUR help!
A few years ago, Hubby read a book and decided he would no longer eat pork. I did not cook pork very often, but it is always nice to have several options when meal planning. But, I love Hubby, so I respected his wishes. I didn't miss pork very much, but every once in a while I would pine to create a pork dish (usually when I ran across a scrumptious looking recipe).
Recently, we were gifted a meal when Bitty Bug was born. It was an amazing pork tenderloin. And, since we were in no shape to refuse a meal (or make a meal, for that matter), we ate it up. I loved it. And so did Hubby.
Since then, he has been excited to try some new pork recipes. Namely, he is excited to GRILL some pork. I'm all about it. We just don't have any recipes.
The weather is supposed to be gorgeous here this week - perfect for grilling. I picked up a package of boneless center-cut pork chops, and we are ready to grill! But we need some inspiration.
If you have a tasty GRILLED PORK CHOP RECIPE (preferably for boneless center cut), send it my way! With your permission, I'd love to post it as well (so be sure to send a pic of yourself and a short bio for the post!)

ReplyDeleteHere is a recipe I made up for Pork Steaks, but you could substitute Pork Chops if that is what you have. Good Luck!! BTW, I love your blog!
