Albeit a bit late, I wanted to wish all you out there
HAPPY LABOR DAY!
Sure, it may be 10:15pm. But, it's the first time I've gotten to sit in front of this flickering screen and place my fingers upon clickity keys.
So poetic, isn't it?
I took today to relax with Hubby and Little Chica. I'll post Simple Supper Mondays TOMORROW, in case any of you were worried. Sometimes I struggle to come up with Post-worthy recipes. After spending some time looking through my recipe books and cards, I realize I have many good ones up my sleeve. I've also had some great Local Flavor experiences recently (most relating to, of course, eating out) - so many fun reviews to come in the next few weeks!
Yay!
