It was the first rainy weekend in a while at the WCGM this past weekend. I did not let the weather rain on my parade, and it seemed like faithful Market Goers were not hindered in their quest for local produce and product!
After a stop with Paul, the Market Director, I was prompted on a new journey of knowledge: Heirloom Tomatoes. Paul is terribly excited for the public to understand the beauty and value of Heirloom vegetables, so he taught me quite a bit about them. I will have an education post on the matter in the new future. For now, I was given a tremendous opportunity...

I want to eat those heirloom tomatoes right now! I found a stand on the side of the road that sold them 3/$1! I wish they still had them! Can you buy me some of these and overnight them? Thanks :)
ReplyDeleteHaha, sure thing! They are so tasty!
ReplyDeletePS - I have an AWESOME new craft project that I'm going to be working on for Bill's Christmas gift that I think you'll really appreciate! I'll try to facebook you the details (since I need to keep it secret). If it turns out well, you might find it interesting!
