With all of the awesome produce I am getting weekly at the West Chester Grower's Market, I've been looking for new recipes to use them in. I was leafing through the WCGM Cookbook, and found this recipe that I am REALLY excited to try! I haven't gotten to actually MAKE it yet, but before summer is out (and the peaches are still juicy), I'll be whipping it up as a Tasty Treat! If you get to try it before I do, let me know how it turns out for you!
