As it states on their website it's FREE Family Fun! A great event to bring your family too, or come out with a group of your friends.
My husband and I are big fans of Iron Hill, a local Brewery. This race started 5 years ago, and it is really a festive event. I love that the Criterium is something FUN to watch, and it gives people a chance to enjoy West Chester's awesome downtown. This is a staple for our local community, and everyone will be there.
My suggestion? Grab an early bite to eat at Iron Hill Brewery, and be front and center for the races to begin. Don't forget to grab dessert (I HIGHLY recommend West Chester Scoop, by the corner of Gay and Darlington Streets. It was newly expanded recently, and has REALLY good ice cream!)
